School farm visit for the Margaret River kindy kids
CHILDREN from the Margaret River Community Kindergarten braved the wild weather on Monday to learn about animals at the high school farm.
Thirty-two children with parent helpers visited the Margaret River Senior High School where they were shown around by year 10 students Marnie Brewer and Brienne Richards with farm manager Peter Myles.
Children enjoyed seeing pigs, cows, marron, and alpacas, including five-month-old Bambi.
“They couldn’t get over the fact that these are alpacas and not llamas,” Brienne said.
