On Wednesday, 17th February, guest speaker David Castelanelli talked to the Year 8’s about goal setting, resilience and time management. David was a former WA Youth ambassador and specialises in teaching life skills to students. The students were shown how goal setting can improve their results through a series of quotes, games and short exercises. The guest speaker’s visit allowed the Year 8’s to have an even stronger start to the year with this skills and strategies development. The Year 8’s would like to thank Ms Chapell for organising this very useful and engaging event.
