Bands amp up atmosphere at Margaret River Senior High School
Margaret River Senior High School students put on a grand performance at their Big Band Picnic on Thursday night.
Relaxing on the grass, parents and friends enjoyed the music from afar, until the children split into groups and made their way into the crowd for special “busking” shows.
Ya and Coldplay’s Yellow, as well as a few originals by student bands.
Indie-rock outfit Project Eden wrapped up the night with The Hives’ Because I Wanna.
Parents were also treated to wood fired pizza made by the high school.
